I'm Dylan - a Senior Product Designer specialising in interaction design, UX and content-led digital experiences.
With over 20 years working across design and technology, I help organisations create digital products and experiences that are intuitive, engaging and effective.
My background spans interaction design, frontend development and content production, giving me a broad understanding of how people experience digital products, from the interface they interact with, to the content that helps them understand, trust and engage with a service.
Through my studio, Four Waves, and agency collaborations, I've worked with organisations ranging from government services and global brands to growing businesses, combining user research, design thinking and technical delivery to solve complex problems.
